Calming Lavender Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 whole avocado peeled, pitted
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1/4 dropper full of CBD oil (about 15 mg)

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 60-seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 cups & enjoy.
