Blueberry, Pineapple, and Spinach Muscle Building Smoothie

This particular smoothie was formulated to help you gain lean muscle mass and fuel your body with what it needs to perform amazingly well. It includes a strategic mix of bananas, blueberries, pineapple, almond butter, almond milk, protein powder and more.

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoon old-fashioned oats/seed of choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 date
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice.


Blend all ingredients together well, serve, and enjoy!
