As we soon begin a new school year, I am starting a new tradition at home by asking my children what their current “favorites” in life are.

It's such a fun activity, as it allows for us all to sit down together and discuss what inspires them. It's a snapshot of what they're interested in at that exact moment in time. As the days, months, and years go on, I can't wait to see how theirlikes/loves/and favorites evolve. As I listen and learn from them, I will forever get to hold onto these memories as beautiful family keepsakes.

I'm so excited to share this idea with you, so you can do the same.

When asking these questions, you can record your little ones on your phone or camera or write their answers down in a journal or notebook.
