The Ultimate Girl on the Go Drink: Iced Coffee Protein Shake

I'm a huge believer in multitasking, so why not create a drink that does the same? In this recipe, you're getting your caffeine fix and protein while bettering your body, all in one!

This shake is the best for busy mornings or a great afternoon pick-me-up. It's quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious! 


  • 3 cups of ice
  • 1 cup of cold coffee (sometimes I add more than just 1 cup lol)
  • ¾ cups of almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder
  • 1 serving of probiotic powder 
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil  


Blend all the ingredients together, pour, and go!
