3 Ways to Lift the Vibe Around You

In this life, we've all got limited time! Realizing this is the first step to throwing good vibes out into the world.

For some wild reason, the majority of us live our days as though we will be here forever. As result, we forget to be present in each moment.

Living in the present allows for us to take charge of the vibes we're putting out into the world. We have the power to make instantaneous choices that make life a joy rather than a ball of chaotic stress.

I'm the first to say for myself, it's not easy to always generate positivity. I usually see the glass as half full, but there are moments of challenge in which I need to dig in very deep to raise my vibe.

The following are some things I've learned as I've grown over the years:

#1 - As You Think, So You Are

One of my absolute favorite books is As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. In it, he shares that what we think creates our reality.

I'll never forget reading those words when I was about 21. I'm not sure why I didn't see that I could change my perspective on life and then completely transform my engagement with myself and others.

Breaking out of the mold requires that we make simple adjustments that end up being extremely profound.

For example, if you've long made statements like "people can't be trusted" and "I'll never be able" to do something, you may notice that you constantly connect with people who break your trust or you never seem to be able to reach your goals.

A shift in thought that "People can be trusted" and "If I put my heart into something, anything is possible" will usually result in you meeting people who have your back and the inner power you need to reach and even exceed your goals.

Put good vibes out into the universe and then expect amazing things back in return!

#2 - Pour Love Into the People Around You

Whenever life gets overwhelming, just remember that love is the most important thing on the planet. Every human being, even the toughest of them all is craving for someone love and accept them.

If you find yourself triggered by someone in your life, try stopping, taking a deep breath, and showing love instead of frustration.

This means living in the present and letting go of how a person has failed you or the mistakes they've made in the past. Lift others up and remind them that they are important to the scheme of things.

The more love you pour into the people around you, the more beautiful your world will be.

Of course, this doesn't mean that you need to give up healthy boundaries to others, but maintain your them in a kind and loving way.

#3 - Keep Your Mind and Body Healthy

A healthy mind and body is a MUST if you're going to offer amazing vibes to the world around you. This means eating foods that make you stronger, getting plenty of exercise, and building a mindfulness practice.

If you're feeling heavy in your mind and body, all it takes is a step forward — a workout, a healthy meal, a moment of silence. One good decision will lead to another, and then another, and another.
